Confirm Your Winning Raffle Card

Each Wellness Raffle winner will receive an official 3 Senses Health Raffle Instruction Card containing a unique Confirmation Code. This code identifies the winner and the specific raffle in which the prize was awarded. Keep your card in a safe place, as the Confirmation Code is required to verify your prize.

Email Us to Redeem Your Prize

The winner must email admin@3senseshealing.com by the redemption deadline printed on the Raffle Instruction Card. Your email must include your full name, mailing address, and Confirmation Code. The Confirmation Code will be used to verify that the redemption request is associated with the correct raffle winner.

Once your information has been verified, 3 Senses Health will provide the information necessary to complete the redemption of your prize.

Receive and Activate Your Wellness Raffle Prize

The Wellness Raffle prize has a total cash-card value of $200.00. The winner receives the initial portion of the prize at the raffle event. After completing the required verification process, the remaining $180.00 of the $200.00 cash-card prize, along with the applicable Activation Code, will be mailed to the verified winner.

The prize must be redeemed according to the instructions and deadline provided on the winner's Raffle Instruction Card. Winners should retain their card and Confirmation Code until the entire prize has been successfully received and activated.
